This plugin provides the ability to analyze how spaces on this instance are being used. It includes various statistics to help determine the necessary backup requirements. Due to the complexity involved, this cannot be achieved through a simple plugin installation and requires personal customization.
Attachment Graphs: Displays the usage of attachments on pages over the past months.
Spaces and Instance Data: Shows general instance data.
Contact Form: Use the contact form to get in touch with us for a tailored backup solution. You can edit the information in the "Instance Data" and "Spaces in This Instance" fields if they contain sensitive content.
Storage Usage per Space: Provides statistics to analyze the storage requirements per space.
Space Activity Summary: Identifies the most frequent actions within the spaces.
Page Revisions Over Time: Determines the most active areas based on page revisions.
Biggest files Chart: Shows the 10 issues with the largest attachments (culminate)
Projects with most issues Chart: Orders and displays projects in the instance with the most issues
Unassigned issue chart: Shows you how many unassigned issues vs. assigned issues the Jira instance has
Open issues per user: Displays a chart to gauge how many open issues users have
Future Settings: These pages will later provide additional information, such as storage requirements or the most recently completed backups, as part of a backup solution developed with us. This feature is currently under development.
